I stopped taking Phenphedrine. Yes, it did increase my energy and my overall well being but if taken while exercising...be very careful. I exercised and felt like I was in over drive...sweating profusely, heart racing. at some points couldn't breath properly and vision became blurred. Only when I sat down and calmed down I was better.
My boyfriend who is a scientist warned me this is still dangerous even though it's not ephedrine but this is a cognate of it, so same structure and same effects. I did notice my blood pressure did increase slightly at my physical. So, I've discontinued use. The withdrawal affects I experienced was a slight headache.
My reviews, opinions and more.
It's hard to determine what reviews are real especially with weightloss products and supplements so this is my honest reviews on various products in the market that I've personally have tried. I will also share opinions on various topics not limited to products.

Review of Phenphedrine by a real user
I’ve started taking Phenphedrine. I ordered directly from the company. My purpose in taking this was to workout longer and better during my workouts which last about 45 minutes to an hour. I tend to do high intensity workouts such as Turbofire and Cathe’s step workouts. Today I didn’t do any workout because of walking for hours the last 3 days touring Atlanta (needed the rest) . So, today is the first day of taking the pills without exercising.
So far, I do feel the increased energy.. no jitters and my appetite is non-existent. One thing I did notice when I took my first pill was heartburn but it went away shortly after. I suspect perhaps I didn’t drink enough water when I took it(instructions say to drink 16oz). I took my second pill and experienced no heartburn sensation. I was careful to drink a lot of water in the process. This is working faster than I expected. The increased energy I knew would be immediate but my mood is better and my appetite has decreased. I did read reviews online that it does help elevate the mode and decrease appetite but I didn't expect it to work this quickly in these areas.
I will workout tomorrow and see how I do. Usually with Turbofire I lose energy during the workout but push myself to finish. Will do another post and let everyone know how this supplement worked or didn’t work regarding energy during exercise. So far I feel good. I will also make weekly updates on the weight lost while using this pill.
My honest review on The HCG Diet
This is my review on the HCG diet.
I did the HCG diet for 45 days. I normally do not do diets since they are temporary and you end up regaining the weight lost and perhaps more. I chose this diet because it is unique and not like others as I will explain later. I lost weight on the HCG diet and it does work. I had increased energy and lost weight initially in the first two weeks at the rate of 10 pounds a week. After the first couple of weeks the weight loss slowed to 5 pounds a week, which is still good. I lot noticeable inches which is important for me and not weight necessarily.
The difficult part of this diet is self control as the food selection and portions are severely restricted to 500 calories and not all food, even veggies and fruits can be consumed. You are to drink tons of water (64 oz to 1 gal everyday) so, you will not have an issue with water weight. The HCG diet is very specific as to what food and drink is allowed. If you follow this diet...you will lose weight. Another thing to note about this diet since the food is restricted to 500 calories; you should not do any strenuous exercise. It's best to do no exercise while on this diet. This diet is also helps to view food differently and create healthful eating patterns. So, when off the diet you should not regain the weight back. You’re body will consume the calories from the foods eaten as if you’ve never went on a diet. This diet is not like any other because of the hormone that is taken. Of course if you go back to the same eating patterns and continue a sedentary lifestyle you will definitely regain the weight.
The whole theory behind the diet is this. The HCG hormone is used in conjunction of the calorie restriction. The hormone allows the body to use the fat stores for the needed energy. So, the energy required by the body will come from the body itself hence that is why only the 500 calories is allowed. Basically you're body will be consuming about 2500 calories total, depending on your metabolic rate. If you eat over 500 calories of food you may gain weight because the calorie rules still apply (overeat and you will gain weight or in this case consume too many calories whether from your fat plus the food, the same applies. Calories are calories no matter where it comes from). You will not starve because of the HCG hormone is working for your benefit. I have to emphasize the HCG must be used or you will be in starvation mode and your body will be consuming muscle tissue and not fat. The HCG is the key. The HCG must be real for this diet to work properly. Those people out on the net saying you will starve and it’s not healthy, do not understand the important fact you’re using the HCG hormone with the calorie restriction.
I bought my HCG from hcgbodyshapers.com (use discount code EH2855 to get $10 off. Can be used multiple times and never expired). It comes with a test strip among other useful tools to verify that it is the real stuff. It is pre-mixed for sublingual usage so you place the drops under the tongue. There are host of sites that sell homeopathic which is not HCG at all. Others get it from overseas pharmacies which sell the injection type or you can mix this yourself for sublingual usage. I chose real HCG because I figured if I’m going to restrict my calories to lose weight I wanted the real stuff. Some say homeopathic works but I’m not sure about that. I wasn't hungry at all on this diet and had energy. I looked healthy. If you notice people who starve themselves they look gaunt and unhealthy. I like to work out and so I will not do this diet again. Working out has health benefits along with weight loss. The HCG diet does work.
